Throughout the years I've come to realize that my life is unique and common all at the same time. What I mean by that is that I have many of the same experiences as every mom out there. My kids are involved in school, dance, baseball, tumbling, soccer, choir, church, and other activities that make us a busy on the go family just like everyone else. They throw fits, get sick, fight with each other, just like every other kid. They make us laugh, keep us on our toes, and love unconditionally just like every other kid. However my life is unique in many other ways that few can relate to. For that reason I found it hard to find parenting blogs I could connect with.

We are a family to a very loved, but very busy pilot which takes him away from the family and on the road most days of the month. This leaves me with a whole different set of challenges that, although can be common, shift quickly into being unique when I'm solo.

I have zero experience in blogging, but I have felt called for some time to create one that others in my unique situation could read and find joy, community, and understanding in. I am a Christian woman and because of this I am trying my best to listen to that little voice telling me this is my path. No matter how far out of my comfort zone it may take me. So join me in discovering my every day life and see just how it may apply to yours as well.
